Nicole Jung was named CFO of Forj Medical in October 2025. Jung joined the company in February of the same year as CFO of the former Minnetronix Medical. Jung oversees the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and financial planning and analysis and collaborates with teams across the company to ensure financial stability, optimize assets, and identify new growth opportunities in the rapidly evolving healthcare and medical device sectors.
Prior to joining Forj Medical, Jung served as Vice President of Finance with the IDEX Corporation, leading its health and science technologies segment as well as its water, agriculture, energy, and pneumatics technologies businesses. Her experience also includes vice president roles with ESAB and Cantel Medical. At Cantel, she oversaw the financial performance of its global medical division as Vice President and CFO while guiding the company through the fiscal challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jung holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Marquette University, where she triple-majored in finance, international business, and German. She also serves on the board of directors for the Adult Congenital Heart Association.
