Jeff Kelly was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer of Forj Medical in October 2025. With more than two decades of experience leading commercial teams in medical device and life science CDMOs, Kelly oversees Forj Medical’s global commercial organization, including sales, marketing, customer service, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Forj Medical, Kelly held senior leadership positions at medical device manufacturers Lisi Medical and Cadence. He has also served as International Commercial Market Director for Quest Diagnostics and Medrad, a division of Bayer Healthcare.
Kelly earned his MBA at Duke University and a degree in economics at The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
