Jeremy Maniak

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Maniak was named CEO of Forj Medical in October 2025. He joined the company with the former Minnetronix Medical in 2010 and was named Chief Operating Officer of Minnetronix Medical in 2013.

He assumed the role of President for Minnetronix in April 2017 and was named CEO in 2020. He is a named inventor on 10 patents, combined issued and filed, and has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of medical products, including active implantable devices.

Before joining Forj Medical, Maniak was Vice President of Research at Leptos Biomedical, where he led clinical and preclinical efforts to develop neuromodulation therapy for the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes. His experience also includes working as a Principal Engineer and Senior Manager in research and development at Guidant Corporation/Boston Scientific in developing implantable devices that treat cardiac dysrhythmias and heart failure.

Maniak received a B.S. in electrical engineering and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue University. He also earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota.
