Sua Wolter was appointed Vice President of Transformation in August 2025 to guide Forj Medical through a period of significant change. With nearly two decades of experience in project management, strategic operations, and organizational effectiveness, she brings deep expertise in leading complex transformation initiatives.
In this role, Wolter will shape and execute the organization’s transformation strategy following the formation of Forj Medical. She will lead the integration of the company’s legacy organizations, aligning systems, processes, and structures to create a unified operating model. She’ll be accountable for driving enterprise‑wide transformation efforts and will partner with executive leadership to advance operational efficiency and accelerate growth.
Wolter has spent more than two decades in the healthcare and medical device industries. She joined Forj Medical after serving in leadership roles at Baxter International, where she led product delivery excellence across the organization, and at Embecta, where she oversaw the product registration and brand transition during its separation from Becton Dickinson. Her earlier project management leadership roles include positions at Cantel Medical, Medtronic, and ProHealth Care.
Wolter holds an MBA from Louisiana State University–Shreveport and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
