Ward Sokoloski was named Chief Operating Officer of Forj Medical in December 2025. Sokoloski has nearly three decades of medical device and life sciences manufacturing leadership expertise spanning operations, engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement.
Prior to his role at Forj Medical, he was Vice President of Operations at ECA Medical, leading production, supply chain, engineering, and facilities across three locations. Prior to ECA Medical, he held leadership roles at Freudenberg Medical, including Vice President and General Manager of two global business units. He also spent more than a decade at Covidien (now part of Medtronic), leading manufacturing operations and operational excellence programs.
Sokoloski holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in mathematics and natural sciences from St. Andrews College. He is certified in Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA safety, and supply chain management.
